3. Should I use Pokerbility advice always?
Pokerbility is a poker odds calculator. It is meant to give you the odds on the current situation based on the data at hand. Poker is a game of nuance that goes beyond numerical calculations and odds. In other words, this tool is simply a guide. It cannot account for the human factor that is integral to the game itself. For example, it will not tell you when to bluff, or when someone else is bluffing. In other words, don't always do what Pokerbility tells you to do. The best winning formula is to combine your poker knowledge together with the Pokerbility advise.

4. Pokerbility is not reading my pocket cards and/or the community cards.
This can be caused by one of three options:
- The cards configuration setting of the poker client is set to 4 Color Deck. Since Pokerbility currently do not support this configuration setting, Please make sure that the "4 Color Deck" option on the "Options" menu, is unchecked and try again.
- There are poker clients' configuration settings that are not yet supported by Pokerbility software. For example, at Poker Stars client, only images' setting is supported, therefore it is recommended to use the default poker client settings in case you encounter problems with the cards reading.
- When Pokerbility is attached to a table on the top left of the software screen (inside the orange section) there should be a message "Watching" with the room details.

If the Pokerbility window or any other software window is placed on top of the poker client window on one of the sections that are being watched, Pokerbility will not be able to get the needed information from the poker client and the message that will be shown is "Can't watch: Window is concealed"

In this case the cards will not be shown correctly. In order to avoid this situation, the poker client window should be fully visible.

5. When I open Pokerbility I receive error which says "Failed to load RichTextBox from RichTx32.ocx. Your version of RichTx32.ocx may be outdated…"
Pokerbility is using some components from the operating system while running. One of those components is the RichTx32.ocx.
You probably have an old version of this file which was not updated.
In order to fix this problem, you'll need to set up and register a new version of this file.
The easiest way to do that is to go to Pokerbility Library Files, download and install the setup.
This setup file will backup the current version of RichTx32.ocx installed on your computer and install the new one.
Before installing this setup, please make sure you close all other applications including Pokerbility.
Alternatively (or if you still see the same error), you may download just the RichTx32.ocx from http://www.pokerbility.com/Versioning/Support/RichTx32.ocx and register it yourself using the following steps:
- Click the following link and save it to your desktop: http://www.pokerbility.com/Versioning/Support/RichTx32.ocx.
- Backup your current copy of RichTx32.ocx and copy the new file from your desktop to the same file location. This file should be located on "WINNT\system32" for Windows 2000 or on "WINDOWS\system32" for Windows XP.
- Click on the Windows "Start" button and then click "Run…"
- According to your Operation System, type the following command to register the file:
- Windows 2000: regsvr32 \WINNT\system32\RichTx32.ocx
- Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server, Windows Vista: regsvr32 \WINDOWS\system32\RichTx32.ocx
- You should see a message saying "DllRegisterServer … succeeded"
- If you are getting an error telling you that the file is missing then you are not typing the command in correctly.
- Please note that there is a SPACE after "regsvr32" command.
